The Reporting & Analytics Organization (R&A) is a global organization responsible for all the data management, reporting and analytics for the Commercial Organization, Category, Finance, Supply-Chain and Customer Support – globally and including Market and Country level reporting.
The Sales & Category Reporting & Analytics team is part of the global R&A team and holds responsibility for a large set of reporting Solutions for Category and Sales Stakeholders.

The Category BI App is supposed teo become the ONE source, where all Category stakeholders are getting their data from.The Peripherals (Hybrid Work Solutions) BI App – Product Owner is responsible to own and drive all Reporting relevant topics for Peripherals and get them implemented and operated within the Peripherals BI App as a front-end solution.
This role is responsible to turn the business requirements into clear technical requirements and drive the relevant initiatives and projects to get them implemented within the Peripherals App.
The person needs to have a very good understanding of the Peripherals reporting needs, the relevant data elements and how to turn this into an easy-to-use Front-End Reporting solution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic oversights
Define a clear long-term vision for Category and Sales Reporting front-end solution and infrastructure.
Define and oversee Projects to drive Reporting Solutions creation, enhancement, and adoption forward.
Make sure the Peripherals BI App is getting branded and known as “The place to get Data” for all Stakeholders.
Reporting Solutions ownership and continuous improvement
Define the structure and landscape of the App (e.g. Power BI vs Thoughtspot; WW vs Market vs Country).
Drive Management of Change and maximize usage and adoption across all stakeholder groups.
Define improvement and enhancement plans, based on your own observations together with feedback from the users.
Apply innovation to existing solutions to drive efficiency and optimization.
Design & implement controls that always ensure tool reliability as well result accuracy.
BI App Operations
Make sure that Data Quality and stability is being treated as the highest priority.
Interlock the App with the Support Team and Processes to get the right user support for the solution.
Feel directly accountable for user satisfaction.
Education and background
8+ years of professional experience within either Sales Ops, Category, Finance or Supply Chain organizations.
Experience working with global teams with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or project management.
Very good understanding of BI technology
Excellent knowledge of BI visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Thoughtspot) and their implementation
Strong Project Management and Product Management skills.
Experience with Category, Sales, Marketing or ERP systems (MS Dynamics, Salesforce.com; Aprimo; etc.) as a distinct advantage
Basic data modeling and database design understanding is a plus.

Highly experienced on Management of Change (MoC) from gap analysis to stakeholder management with effective transition from development to operations.
Tracking issues, decisions, action items, and following-up to drive issues to closure.
Global cross-cultural experience preferred.
