MacGregor Global Services Division is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist, located in Bergen. This position offers a hybrid mode of work.
As a Customer Experience Specialist you will have the responsibility to provide customer service for the lifecycle of the marine and offshore spare parts business. You will also coordinate and handle the order from the creation of Order Confirmation, through monitoring the delivery to the customer until it is invoiced. Your responsibility will include contacting various stakeholders from around the world and working with the top of the notch ERP system- SAP.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Take responsibility for outcast communication related to spare parts
- Working proactively to ensure that customers receive the customers’ experience
- Picking RFQ (Request for Quotation) and PO (Purchase Order) from customers in Sales Force
- Follow up the end to end order process
- Data analysing and reporting
- Cooperation with other departments
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Education. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in working in maritime companies with strong focus on Customer Care will be an asset
- Knowledge and experience in working with SAP will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service-orientation mind and attitude
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Norwegian and English
