The role of a recruitment consultant is to help companies find and hire the best possible candidates for their open positions. Recruitment consultants work with clients to understand their hiring needs and then identify, source, and screen potential candidates.
What will you do?
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
- You should be able to select the best candidates.
- You will analyse the market and proactively prospect to expand your market.
- Working to defined financial targets.
