Purpose of the job:

Working for a leading brewers as a Designer, you will be responsible for all artwork including adaptations working from the approved brand toolkit ensuring creative solutions are delivered to high standards at all times. Working on a wide range of projects creating in store retail POS and Promotional Merchandise you will be comfortable managing multiple projects at once and work with the Traffic Manager prioritising your workload.

You will have the experience in both digital and print production and an appetite to develop your skills.
- Balance creative input through adaptation of brand assets following key visuals and guidelines with layout skills and attention to detail being paramount - you must be able to deliver accurate, high quality artwork whilst under pressure working to tight deadlines and quick turn arounds.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages from design to artwork, keeping to deadlines.
- The role will cover artworking and coming up with creative solutions for print, POS, Promo, digital campaigns, trade press adverts
- Follow the studio’s traffic management process to ensure best in class results are achieved.
- Aware of on-going basis of design trends and creative solutions, undertaking appropriate research when required, thus ensuring HH client’s creative is innovative and appropriate for their regional audience.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma/Sketch, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience in POS within the Beverages industry is required.
- After effects/Premiere Pro/Blender experience is desirable
- Proven track record of creative artworking across multiple channels. Design and 3D experience
- Excellent creative and technical skills in digital artwork and print, strong attention to detail essential.
- Experienced in proofing text and can go beyond spell-check.
- Easy-going, able to multi-task, deal with multiple rounds of edits, amends and starting over.
- Flexible and can adapt to quickly changing priorities and tasks.
- Open to constructive criticism and can maintain a great attitude under pressure.
- Able to quickly pick-up a client’s brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency while creating innovative and strategic designs.
- Highly organised with an internal drive to continuously improve and learn new skills.
- Ability to excel within fast paced, high energy environments.
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French
