- 4 - 7 years in HR Operations Activities
- Must have handled and managed a high volume of manpower.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Experienced in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations (Process and Policies) - Establishing & re-engineering periodically employee-centric HR processes and policies, to streamline the entire employee life cycle (Hire to retire).
- Overseeing Payroll Processing & Compensation, Salary, Time Management, Full & Final Settlement, and Post Recruitment Procedures.
- Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Human Resources Policy & Systems, and all facets of HR.
- Oversee AR management and provide support to collections activities.
