  • 4 - 7 years in HR Operations Activities
  • Must have handled and managed a high volume of manpower.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Experienced in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations (Process and Policies) - Establishing & re-engineering periodically employee-centric HR processes and policies, to streamline the entire employee life cycle (Hire to retire).
  • Overseeing Payroll Processing & Compensation, Salary, Time Management, Full & Final Settlement, and Post Recruitment Procedures.
  • Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Human Resources Policy & Systems, and all facets of HR.
  • Oversee AR management and provide support to collections activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 10,000.0元 - 20,000.0元 per month
