Responsibilitie
- Accommodating various files and providing general office duties, e.g. data entry, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Acting as a liaison with patients and providers in a compassionate and kind manner Making appointments, collecting co-pays, and providing receipt of money in accordance with established procedures
- Tending to client forms Addressing patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Providing support in the management of patient medical records
- Replying to inquiries in a detail-oriented and effective manner, while corresponding with phone calls within minimum rings
- Ensuring the waiting and reception areas are kept neat and clean; reporting on any damage
- Responsible for medical verifications with health insurance organization

Requirements
- · Experience with insurance billing and an electronic medical record system
- · Experience in Claim management using Health Bridge
- · Skills in multi-line phone systems preferred
- · Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request Incoming phone call management skills required
- · Knowledgeable of medical terminology and insurance products and plans 2+ year of experience as a Medical Receptionist
- · High School Diploma required
- · Good communication skills
