The Opportunity
Join our experienced Regulatory, Quality & Compliance team as a Quality Administrator and contribute to the success of our Quality Management System (QMS) and work on interesting client projects.
This is a permanent part-time position (approx. 30 hours of work per week) reporting to the Quality Lead, you will provide administrative support and assist with the maintenance of the Commercial Eyes QMS and the delivery of a variety of client projects, while optimising project outcomes and delivering excellent client experience.
Our head office is based in a coworking space in the Melbourne CBD, and we have a satellite office in Sydney. We operate under a hybrid work model and offer flexibility in accordance with our company’s flexible work policy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our QMS through timely document development and updates.
- Providing administrative support for internal and external audits across all business units.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with the Commercial Eyes QMS.
- Supporting QMS activities such as documentation preparation and liaising with Quality Group Delegates for implementation and delivery of SOPs, forms, procedures, and other related documents.
- Assisting with client setup processes and supporting the maintenance of the Client QMS.
The Team
Our highly knowledgeable Regulatory, Quality and Compliance team have in-depth knowledge of the complexity of the regulatory environment in Australia and New Zealand. We assist our clients with the development of effective submission strategies, helping them to navigate the complex regulatory environment in Australia, New Zealand (and beyond) and navigating through various challenges during the approval and life-cycle management process. We have a trusted history of success, managing over 160 projects each year, including the submission of 60 major applications to regulatory authorities.

You have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards. You are adaptable and able to prioritise work with good judgment. Desired qualifications and experience
- Previous work experience in quality or life science environment.
- Demonstrated strong administrative skills.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
- Demonstrated experience managing confidential and sensitive information and sound judgement when interacting with clients and staff.
