The purpose of this role is to manage and report on a range of administrative, financial and human resource services in addition to providing support to Rangers and other staff within the South West Region of Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service.
The position reports to Principal Ranger, West Area and will undertake general administrative and some human resource and financial tasks including (but not limited to) arranging travel, coordinating meetings, payment of invoices and assisting with budget queries.
The role maintains databases and other information systems, undertakes record management duties, and assists in providing accurate and relevant advice to stakeholders.
The role fields routine enquiries from customers, team members and senior staff on a range of various applications. This position is a full time position based in Roma.
