Impact
As a Financial Administrator (Full- or Part time) within Zanders you have, together with the rest of the Team, a joint responsibility for the administration of all (international) Zanders offices. Together with the team you will be in control of the various Financials, but also help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process. A grasp of the tasks to be performed:
- Process incoming purchase invoices
- Process and keep overview of the expenses & credit card payments
- Invoice approval follow-up
- Cash management, incl. Managing in- and out going funds, monitor cash positions, support cash flow reporting and Invoice approval follow-up.
Skills to be successful
- Education in basic accounting or bookkeeping along with relevant experience is a good combination.
- Some relevant experience in an Accounts payable environment is beneficial.
- Motivation and willingness to learn and result oriented are more important!
- Able to work very accurate in a dynamic working environment.
- Fluent in Dutch (and preferably also in English), both written and verbally
- Experience with Sap ByDesign is an advantage
