The Administrative Associate provides office support to all departments and is vital for the smooth running of a business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible in managing/administrative task.
- Responsible to support the managers across all departments.
- Responsible to anticipate the need of the team and able to provide it.
- Responsible in handling external/internal communication skills.
- Ordering Office Supplies.
- Arranging Post and Deliveries.
- Assist/Handles Liaisons for their daily tasks and deliverables.
- Petty Cash Custodian: maintain and document all expenses from the petty cash.
- Responsible for printing ID's of newly hired employees
- Responsible to go to sourcing and purchasing outside for the needed equipment for Warehouse Distribution.
- Responsible for Bank Transactions if no one is available.
- Responsible in ad-hoc that might be assigned.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position but open for Fresh Graduates
- Required Skill(s): client management, strategic planning, detailed oriented, computer literate, highly organized, fast learner and keen to details.
- Has a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must be residing in Makati City and candidate must willing to always work in Makati Office
