Oversight & Audit Coordination Officer (m/f) [Luxembourg]


 

Your main missions will involve:

  • Participating in funds’ audit coordination and providing support during the audit process.
  • Overseeing activities through periodic KPI reports for:
    • Distributors;
    • Central administrations (administrative agents and transfer agents), and;
    • Depositary banks.
  • Ensuring the completeness, quality, and consistency of reports;
  • Participating in the periodic funds’ supervisory committee;
  • Participating in funds’ board meetings by ensuring the alignment of supporting documents with standards and actively participating in the meetings.

Profile:

You should have:

  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the Luxembourg Investment Funds industry, a credit institution, a consulting firm, or a Big 4 company;
  • A master’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field in the Fund Industry, or equivalent professional experience, is required.
  • Fluency in English, and ideally, proficiency in French. Knowledge of other languages such as Dutch/German would be an advantage.
