Your main missions will involve:
- Participating in funds’ audit coordination and providing support during the audit process.
- Overseeing activities through periodic KPI reports for:
- Distributors;
- Central administrations (administrative agents and transfer agents), and;
- Depositary banks.
- Ensuring the completeness, quality, and consistency of reports;
- Participating in the periodic funds’ supervisory committee;
- Participating in funds’ board meetings by ensuring the alignment of supporting documents with standards and actively participating in the meetings.
Profile:
You should have:
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the Luxembourg Investment Funds industry, a credit institution, a consulting firm, or a Big 4 company;
- A master’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field in the Fund Industry, or equivalent professional experience, is required.
- Fluency in English, and ideally, proficiency in French. Knowledge of other languages such as Dutch/German would be an advantage.
