As an Internal Sales Agent (ISA), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships with potential clients. You will be working closely with our real estate agents and marketing team to identify potential leads, develop marketing campaigns, and follow up with leads through phone and email. Your ultimate goal will be to convert these leads into appointments and help our real estate agents close more deals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting calls to identify potential leads and set appointments for our agents
Follow up with leads through phone and email to build rapport and establish relationships
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate new leads and nurture existing ones
Collaborate with our real estate agents to provide them with pre-qualified leads
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, appointments, and transactions in our CRM system
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
