JOB DESCRIPTION
- To process the Purchase Order and liaising with supplier / vendor for material or machine for the delivery date confirmation and inform back to related department within the time frame.
- To assist and handle on the Local or Overseas for purchase of materials, hardware or machine spare parts.
- To communicate and liaise with supplier / vendor on the price negotiation.
- To prepare monthly report with data details on the achievement of cost down and submit by 1st week of the month.
- To coordinate and liaise with Production Controller (PC) / Quality Control (QC) and Production office with supplier / vendor the following issues:-
- Quality Defect Issue
- Delay of Delivery material / parts will cause the production delay of delivery.
- To monitor and ensure smooth supplying of materials / parts to production.
- To check and verify document prior receiving of materials or parts are in good term of condition, correct quantity and correct item of purchased.
- To communicate, develop, motivate and guide all the subordinates to maintain high standard of discipline and good practice at work.
- Any task assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:-
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Business Study or equivalent
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu (Candidate can speak Mandarin language is advantage).
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and position is required.
- Computer literate. Knowledge in using Microsoft Office Software
- Good communication and writing skills.
