Product Director (Growth) [Poland]

The Product Director of the drives the coordination, management, and execution of TransferGo customer acquisition product part and takes care of best in class customer onboarding as well as brand marketing initiative support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product discovery and product execution to meet our customer's needs and business strategy. This is a true "linchpin" role which will require a hands-on approach to lead the entire company through the most important journey any product goes through - finding product/market fit. Additionally, we expect our new Director of the Product Growth to help us increase a product's value by identifying new ways to satisfy users and attract newcomers through finding new opportunities, and experimenting with new features or functions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute our Remittance customer-centric product growth strategy including defining product features and positioning;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product discovery and product execution;
  • Define and prioritise product features based on product discovery learnings, including customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis;
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs;
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps and timelines for our Product Growth;
  • Drive product development through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch;
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success;
  • Support the broader leadership team, ensure smooth communication and project coordination and alignment with overall strategic priorities;
  • Support market research and customer surveys to stay informed about customer needs and preferences;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and partners;
  • Manage a team of amazing product managers and help to develop their career paths.

Required Education, Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven experience working in B2C consumer apps;
  • Experience in Product Growth - ideally Referral programs, Affiliate marketing, SEO, CRM and Conversion Rate Optimisation as well as innovative customer onboarding experience;
  • Strong understanding of the Remittance/ FinTech and new-banks industry, including market trends and competitive landscape, user preferences;
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority with a can-do attitude;
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products in fast-growth organisations (start-up/ scale-up work experience is a huge plus);
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of product managers with a huge focus on mentorship, growing others and empowering teams mentality;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsiveness towards the team and stakeholders and ability to react quickly to provide answers/support.
