About the role:
- Generally, to keep buildings in clean and orderly condition in order to meet satisfactory standard.
Day to day responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around office and simulator buildings
- Clean floors and rooms including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass, handrail, and windows
- Cleans restrooms including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals
- Refill refreshments and hot water for customers
- Empties trash and clean trash bins
- Wipe doorknobs, and company phones with anti-bacteria cleaning products
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
- Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Detail oriented
