THE ROLE
- Managing a full section
- Running food & drink - carry 3 plates / tray drink service
- Thorough understanding of the menu and ability to explain food & beverage items
- Handling transactions/payments
- Delivery of exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times.
