Senior IAM AnalystLocation: Mexico City, Mexico
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior IAM Analyst to join our team. As a Senior IAM Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This is a senior-level role for an individual with 3 to 7 years of experience in IAM or a related field to make a significant impact in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather IAM requirements and design scalable and secure solutions.
Lead user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management processes.
Monitor and analyze IAM systems, and lead the resolution of access-related issues.
Conduct access reviews and ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
Drive IAM projects, including system upgrades and integration with other security tools.
Stay updated with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain IAM documentation, operational procedures, and incident response plans.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IAM analysts and support teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in IAM, identity governance, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and industry standards.
Experience with at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Microsoft security certifications, CISSP, CISM, CISA are preferred.
Vendor certifications from at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust are highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
