Responsibilities

1. In-depth participation in business traffic and user analysis. Through data analysis, gain insight into user stratification and funnel conversion issues, and output strategies, dismantle problems, and cooperate with all relevant parties to achieve goals 2. Responsible for user-side indicators, Caliber design, cooperate with the data warehouse to complete the infrastructure construction, and create user boards 3. Responsible for product and operation strategy formulation and optimization, A/B experiment design and analysis, operation effect evaluation and core index change analysis 4. Active Discover the essential needs and pain points of the business, find business opportunities, formulate reasonable goals and give specific and feasible suggestions to promote implementation.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years experience in e-commerce or O2O, platform user operation, traffic operation, and data analysis 2 , Possess complex data analysis ability, proficiency in using SQL is preferred 3. Possess innovative thinking ability, logical and structured thinking ability, and be good at summarizing laws from complex phenomena 4. Possess certain project management experience, excellent communication and coordination ability 5. , Strong self-drive, strong sense of purpose and responsibility, perseverance for the goal, and the courage to take on and challenge.
