A fantastic opportunity has become available to join our fantastic Italian Cuisine
We are looking for a competent Restaurant Server to take people’s orders, deliver them to our guests, and maintain and enhance the quality of our customer service. As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the dining room, you will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for guests in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of the hospitality industry and have a high level of service skills and interpersonal skills . Interested applicants please submit your resume.
Rates
Waitress: £12/H
Responsibilities
-Overseeing table maintenance with special attention to hygiene and order
-Making menu suggestions and describe the dishes to guests
-Take/serve orders, answer questions, and upsell other menu items
-Delivering food to tables
-Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
-Issue bills and accept payment
-Monitoring guest satisfaction
-Familiarity with POS
Requirements
-Proven customer serving/ waitering experience
-Customer-oriented approach and patience
-Problem solving and decision making skills
-Excellent people skills
-Responsible and trustworthy
-Attention to cleanliness and safety
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-14 per week
Salary: £12.00 per hour
