Optibus is looking for an IT specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. If you are an experienced IT Specialist that loves the IT world and has strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and deal with a wide range of requirements - we are looking for you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and perform employee onboarding and offboarding sessions.
- Software and hardware management - tracking licenses and agreement maintenance
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the multiple communication channels.
- Install, configure, diagnose, and troubleshoot: multi-OS environments, software, hardware, multimedia, and telecommunications systems.
- Implement and deploy information security principles and solutions
- Manage user account information, permissions, and groups.
- Support and enforce information technology (IT) policies and best practices.
- Constantly enrich our organization's IT knowledge base by writing solution-related articles on common technical issues and internal IT processes.
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate strategies for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Implement IT-related automation and workflows to improve the IT self-serve infrastructure further.
- Support IT procurement
Requirements:
- 3 + years of proven experience as an IT specialist in a hyper-growth company
- An advantage - Apple Certified Support Professional, JAMF Certified Admin, Google Workspace, CCNA, MCSE, or others.
- Strong experience with Cloud directories (OKTA/JUMPCLOUD etc.)
- Extensive knowledge and advanced troubleshooting capabilities with multi-OS environments.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and basic repairs, video conferencing (audio/video setups)
- Hands-on experience with cloud.
- Knowledge of networking components and infrastructure
- Expertise in network solutions (APs, switches, routers, and firewalls)
- Solid understanding of information security principles and practices
- Ability to write and maintain technical documents and standard operating procedures.
- High customer orientation skills
- Willingness to provide technical support for critical issues beyond regular work hours.
- Passion for technology and diverse knowledge of trends and innovations in the IT world.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew and English)
