Job Description
- Responsible for meeting the overall revenue and cost targets of your outlet and ensure a profitable business operation.
- Responsible to assure high standard of service quality, organisation, efficiency and cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Support the recruitment, training and development of the team
- Rotas, Budgeting and Forecasting for your department
- Managing all aspects of Health, Safety and Food Hygiene
- Handles customer complaints
The ideal candidate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury 4* or 5* Hotel;
- Previous experience in a Golf operation preferred.
- Possess a great personality and have a passion for food
- Be proactive and forward thinking with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Have strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, reward and develop a team.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead & inspire a team;
- Ability to multitask & troubleshoot throughout the department
- Must possess the desire to generate customer satisfaction
- Must possess a good eye for the finer detail
- A “Can do” attitude with a ‘Hands on Manager’ style of working
- Fluent English ,Chinese language skill would be ideal ,but not essential with excellent communication skills
